Er Sanjeev Singh

Er Sanjeev Singh is an Indian businessman, politician, and educationist based in Bihar. He is a member of the Indian National Congress and a prominent political leader from Bihar. He has served as a Congress MLA candidate from the Vaishali Assembly constituency and currently holds positions as General Secretary and Spokesperson of the Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC). He is also a former State President of the Bihar Pradesh Youth Congress (BPYC).

Early Life

Er Sanjeev Singh was born in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, to Dr. Mahanand Singh and Smt. Mridula Rani Singh. His father is a well-known doctor in North Bihar.

Education

He completed his early education in Muzaffarpur at Kendriya Vidyalaya and intermediate studies from Langat Singh College.

He secured first rank in the Bihar Combined Engineering Entrance Examination (BCEE) in 1996, becoming a State Topper. He then completed Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Regional Institute of Technology (now National Institute of Technology), Jamshedpur.

During his college years, he served as Student Union President of RIT Jamshedpur from 1998 to 2000.

He later completed an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and obtained an MTech degree from Punjab Technical University.

Career

He began his professional career with Cisco Systems in Bangalore, where he worked for four years.

He later established himself as a businessman and educationist, holding leadership roles in multiple organizations including:

• Secretary – Sri Balaji Educational Research & Development Trust
• President – Lord Buddha Educational Research & Development Trust
