Alka Gupta is a Gold Medalist and Founder-Director of AGATH Healthcare and Wellness, a leading health and wellness venture established in 2016 focusing on Yoga, Ayurveda, and Naturopathy. With over two decades of international experience, she is renowned for her integrative healing methods, therapeutic Ashtang Yoga, and expertise in lifestyle disease management. She has conducted over 5000+ workshops, retreats, and global events, impacting thousands through her holistic “Cause to Cure” methodology.

Early Life

Dr. Alka Gupta was born in India. Inspired by ancient Indian sciences and spiritual healing traditions, she developed a deep passion for Yoga and Ayurveda from a young age. Her lifelong mission has been to revive natural healing practices and spread holistic wellness globally.
